Effective communication within the Government and BBN SMS

Timi, dropped her phone wearily after another long bout of negotiations, which was becoming neausatingly familiar. If only the government could find an easier way of communicating their decisions to the other parastatals and to the general public at large, which did not involve speaking directly to them , which she could testify could weary a person, no matter how strong.
Talking to politicians was wearing her patience thin, and there was still the senate to consider. Timi wished she was still in Bayelsa riding her bike, swimming and catching fishes. She smiled to herself definitely she had little to do when she was with her age group back in the villa.Party politics and communicating memos or decisions were certainly not on her agenda back home at the village. so much work she moaned, it certainly wasnt easy, being a secretary of state, but she couldnt complain.
Well, back to business she thought as she switched on her computer, just about then, she suddenly stumbled on an interesting site quite by chance, wellalmost, if you believed in God, it was an answer to her unspoken prayer.
Quite an interesting website, this BBN SMS, with all the information available to her on the internet she smiled,it was a small price to pay for working in an office as tiring as this, she typed in and logged on to the site http://www.bbnsms.com, she was there just out of curiosity, she needed to know more about it, afterall it never hurt to try, it could be the begining of great things such as painless information transfer within the government.
Wow! it would be so wonderful just to be able to communicate without all the strife and fanfare involved in the current system they were operating.
'Interesting, very intriging' they were sure, promising some seriously, unbelievable stuff, which in her experience, was usually so! that is, in most cases in her experience anyway, but it was well worth the effort, the packages sounded very unique and very different.
Hmmm! It was worth a try though, what did she have to lose anyway.who knows it maybe the solution they had been searching for, and it would definitely save them the hassles associated with their current communication system along with some good money, it would cut back on the expenses involved in the current system eliminating any nagging communication problems they were facing with communication, while delivering results efficiently and cheaply.
Maybe today, wasnt such a waste anymore, perhaps she had just discovered a goldmine,in the making, the page before her revealed a miracle in disguise, premuim bundle sms at just N5.00 per sms, with alot of mouth watering freebies on the side. Hmmh she thought a mini miracle in disguise, almost too good to be true. This was an easier way to solve the governments communication problems, not to talk of the headaches she faced with the use of the current method of communication they were operating.
Imagine what a hundred thousand sms sent to key members of state could do,just imagine, how much that much sms would cover and at a cheap rate too, it would be great not to talk to snorty secretarys that would not drop their connecting phones because they felt their boss was too important to be talked to, by you, some silly code of conduct in the working world. Or the relief it would be,of not having to argue over decisions that have already been made with people who did not know 'jack' about running a country or economics for that matter but were merely elected because they knew someone in a key position in the Government. It would cover a great deal of parastatals and at a cheap rate too. Made alot of sense if they were legit, which she was determined to find out now!.
"Fify, pls get me Gbenga on the phone"timi barked into the intercom. "i need him to see this" she said as she hit the return key on her PC.
A few days later.....
"That was a brilliant save "Bimpe said as she eyed timi with admiration, as the rest of the local government chairman filed out of the meeting. Gbenga passed giving her a thumbs up sign. Good, hopefully a promotion was in view or at least a favourable recommendation, afterall she was saving them millions in communication bills.
"what gave you the idea"Bimpe continued as they stood outside the house of representatives in Abuja.
"i just happened to stumble upon the internet site, checked it out,it was legit, the price made sense in view of the volume of work that could get done with it and duala! Timi said with a flourish.
"well thank heavens, for your good thinking, that was a brilliant idea" Gbenga said as he came up behind them.
"Thank you!" timi said with a smile.
