Teshoma, strolled down Idowu Taylor street towards her office located on the island. Getting to work had been a little hectic today, this morning. “Yes sir, eh no sir”. She tumbled out her words a bit disorientated. “Which is it?” he asked obviously upset at her careless answer which was not in her nature normally, “Sir, I started yesterday, but I was not through before I left the office, sorry sir!”
“Why, what was the problem he asked impatiently”
She mumbled a bunch of unintelligible string of words, ending it with bad reception and network
“Haven’t you heard of the word, 'text message' before?”
“Yes sir“ she mumbled
